Best Place to Stay
Cornerstone Mansion – The Cornerstone Mansion, historically known as the Offutt House, is a focal point of Omaha’s historic Gold Coast District. The location was popular with the wealthy at the turn of the century. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, no expense was spared when prominent Omahans built the 10,200 square foot home in 1894. A Landmark of the City of Omaha, the Mansion began serving as a Bed and Breakfast in the mid 1980s.
J. Coco’s – Built as a grocery back in 1925, it is now home to J. Coco. The seasonal menus rooted in tradition showcase their natural ingredients. Local, organic, and sustainable are priorities when available. The kitchen constantly seeks out the finest ingredients and prepares them as simply as possible. They feature craft bar tending, house made desserts and pastas.
The Boiler Room – The Boiler Room Restaurant was once the boiler room providing heat for the 120 year old Bemis Bag Building. Inspired and excited, the chef brings a steady hand to the kitchen and, of course, a relentless pursuit of the refined.
