This renowned and sophisticated restaurant is a celebrated destination for those seeking authentic Venetian cuisine. Known for its elegant atmosphere, it is the perfect setting for romantic candlelit dinners or leisurely lunches under the sun. Specializing in traditional recipes from the Veneto region, the restaurant offers a refined dining experience that highlights the rich flavors and culinary heritage of Venice. Each dish is a celebration of the region’s finest ingredients and time-honored techniques.

Da Gigetto

This restaurant offers a beautifully crafted dining experience, complemented by an outstanding wine list. Situated in rustic-elegant surroundings, it stands as one of the best culinary destinations between the Dolomites and Venice. The kitchen expertly embraces regional traditions, with an exciting twist of flavors from the sea. The quality of the cuisine shines through in its modern tasting menu, offering a fresh take on classic dishes. A visit to the wine cellar is a must, where an exceptional selection of wines pairs perfectly with the refined menu, completing a memorable culinary journey.

Mountain Club Fienile Monte

We have known Fienile Monte for years as one of those special places you discover while skiing the Dolomites — a destination worth planning your day around, perched high above Passo Sella beneath the magnificent Sassolungo.

When we returned following its major transformation, however, we discovered something very different.

Now Mountain Club Fienile Monte, the completely renovated destination feels less like a traditional mountain refuge and much more like a sophisticated alpine club and chalet — polished, design-driven and still wonderfully connected to its extraordinary surroundings.

The interiors are contemporary yet warm, balancing mountain character with a more refined sense of style. Outside, the dramatic peaks of the Dolomites provide the kind of backdrop that no designer could ever improve upon.

And now, Fienile Monte isn’t only a winter discovery.

Its summer opening offers an entirely different way to experience this remarkable setting. The snow gives way to green alpine meadows, hiking trails and the brilliant summer light of the Dolomites, transforming a familiar winter landscape into something altogether different.

Food remains at the heart of the experience. The kitchen brings together Italian cuisine and the culinary traditions of the Dolomites, with carefully selected ingredients and an elevated but approachable mountain style.

Wine is equally important here. Fienile Monte has long been known for its impressive cellar, making this a place where lunch deserves to linger rather than simply serve as a break between adventures.

In winter, arrive on skis and settle in for a long mountain lunch before continuing your day.

In summer, make Fienile Monte the destination itself.

Walk through the mountains, arrive hungry, find a table outside when the weather allows and give yourself permission to stay awhile.

Because while the surroundings may change dramatically with the seasons, the pleasure of being here does not.

Salei Hütte

A very special and rustic ambience that radiates warmth and coziness. The spacious sun terraces invites you to linger and relax in both summer and winter because of the view that sweeps over the panorama of the Dolomites. Serving typical South Tyrolean dishes and an exciting Aprés Ski with live music.

Da Vittorio

Conceived by the Cerea family in Italy, Da Vittorio at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz offers authentic, Italian based award winning dishes. Awarded 2 Michelin Stars, the outstanding performance in the kitchen by the Italian gourmet dynasty continues to impress critics and guests.

The Mountain Club

A taste of heaven with stunning views over the Alps, The Mountain Club at Paradiso is a spot not to be missed. For exclusive members and day pass guests only, enjoy delicious, rustic-chic dining and a wide range of wines and champagnes served in the fresh air under the bright sun. The iconic recipes will tantalize all of your senses.

SooChic

Just above Selva di Val Gardena in Plan de Gralba, SooChic offers a decidedly different take on Dolomite dining. Surrounded by the Sella Group and Sassolungo and positioned alongside the ski slopes, the restaurant combines dramatic mountain scenery with contemporary design, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, cocktails, and an atmosphere that can carry effortlessly from a leisurely lunch into aperitivo and dinner.

The interiors, created by three Milanese designers, immediately distinguish SooChic from the traditional timber-clad mountain restaurants found throughout the valley. Turquoise and orange reference the sky and Dolomite sunsets, while the expansive terrace keeps the mountains firmly at the center of the experience.

The menu is equally unexpected. Regional ingredients meet Mediterranean influences across seafood, meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes, while SooChic’s pizzas have developed their own following—the dough undergoes a 48-hour natural fermentation. A thoughtful wine list and serious cocktail program make the lounge-bar side of SooChic every bit as appealing as the restaurant.

In summer, arrive as the afternoon begins to soften into evening. In winter, its position near the slopes makes SooChic an elegant alternative to the traditional mountain hut.

Restaurant Engiadina

Located on the shores of Lake St. Moritz, this charming restaurant combines elegant rustic decor with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The menu features exquisite local specialties, including the iconic Swiss cheese fondue, offering a true taste of the region’s culinary heritage.
