Surrounded by the Sella Group and Sassolungo and positioned alongside the ski slopes, the restaurant combines dramatic mountain scenery with contemporary design, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, cocktails, and an atmosphere that can carry effortlessly from a leisurely lunch into aperitivo and dinner.
The interiors, created by three Milanese designers, immediately distinguish SooChic from the traditional timber-clad mountain restaurants found throughout the valley. Turquoise and orange reference the sky and Dolomite sunsets, while the expansive terrace keeps the mountains firmly at the center of the experience.
The menu is equally unexpected. Regional ingredients meet Mediterranean influences across seafood, meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes, while SooChic’s pizzas have developed their own following—the dough undergoes a 48-hour natural fermentation. A thoughtful wine list and serious cocktail program make the lounge-bar side of SooChic every bit as appealing as the restaurant.
