La Part des Agnes

Nestled in a quiet lane near the old church and port, La Part des Anges is Saint‑Tropez’s refined bistronomic jewel. Led by chef Thomas and fronted by hospitality expert Éric, this intimate restaurant offers elegantly simple plates that fuse Provençal and Italian traditions with masterful technique. Think seasonal fish, regional produce, handmade pasta, and creative daily specials—all served in an atmosphere that balances warmth, understated luxury, and culinary sophistication. With seating for around 20 inside and a terrace for 30 more, the experience feels both exclusive and effortlessly convivial.

La Forge de Ramatuelle

Chef Paolo Amadori, the culinary maestro behind La Forge in Ramatuelle, brings a wealth of Italian culinary expertise to the heart of Provence. His passion for authentic Italian cuisine is evident in every dish, as he meticulously selects premium ingredients directly from Italy to ensure genuine flavors.
Beyond the kitchen, Chef Amadori enhances the dining experience by personally engaging with guests, often visiting tables to explain the menu and share his culinary insights. This personal touch has been praised by patrons, contributing to the restaurant’s reputation for warm hospitality.

Ristorante da Ivo

Tucked along a narrow canal just minutes from Piazza San Marco, Ristorante Da Ivo has been one of Venice’s most discreetly glamorous dining rooms since 1976. Founded by Tuscan-born Ivo Natali, the restaurant brought the warmth and robust flavors of Tuscany to Venice, creating a distinctive menu where exceptional meats, handmade pastas, seasonal produce, truffles, and Venetian seafood comfortably share the table.

The restaurant itself is wonderfully intimate—warm wood, closely set tables, polished service, and the feeling that you’ve discovered somewhere despite the extraordinary names that have passed through its doors. Da Ivo has long attracted actors, musicians, designers, international celebrities, and devoted Venetian regulars, yet its enduring appeal comes from something far simpler: excellent ingredients, gracious hospitality, and remarkable consistency.

And then there is the arrival. Da Ivo has its own canal-side entrance, allowing guests to pull directly up to the restaurant by water taxi or gondola. In a city filled with beautiful restaurant entrances, few make dinner feel quite as wonderfully Venetian.

With fresh, locally sourced ingredients—many from the on-site kitchen garden—every bite is a celebration of flavor. Pair that with signature cocktails and a stunning ambiance, and you have an unforgettable aperitivo experience in the heart of Saint Tropez.
