Elevated dining—literally and figuratively
Beano’s Cabin is a mountaintop escape where fine dining meets fairy tale. Arrive by sleigh, dine by firelight, and savor gourmet cuisine.
Residing at 9,000 feet on the flanks of Larkspur Bowl, Beano’s Cabin is a secluded gem known for its luxurious alpine dining and a memorable arrival experience—accessible only by a snowcat-drawn sleigh in winter or a scenic horseback ride in summer. Beano’s is named after Frank Bienkowski, nicknamed “Beano,” a pioneering settler in the area who ran a lettuce farm on the site. Look closely at the decor, and you’ll find touches nodding to its farming past.
