Casadonna is a former 16th century monastery situated on a vineyard, an orchard, and gardens overlooking Castel di Sangro. The mountains of the Abruzzo National Park surround the estate. Chef Niko Romito and his sister Cristiana, commissioned an impressive restoration. Today, Casadonna is home to the 3 Star Michelin Reale restaurant and a charming 9 room boutique hotel. In addition, it is the headquarters of the professional cooking school and academy, “Niko Romito Formazione”.
