Hidden behind history
Van Atta brings Prohibition-era cool with inventive cocktails and vintage elegance.
Located at 101 West Colorado Avenue, Van Atta is Telluride’s newest speakeasy-style bar and restaurant, offering a unique blend of historic charm and modern flair. Situated in the back of the original 1886 building on Main Street, the establishment pays homage to its roots as W.B. Van Atta’s Dry Goods and Clothing Store. The interior design reflects early 1900s aesthetics, reminiscent of New Orleans or New York City’s historic districts. Besides innovative cocktails, the menu features a selection of flavorful dishes, including Wagyu sliders, deviled eggs, and cacio e pepe.
